The ground was first broken back in 2019 by brothers Derek and Greg Stevens for the new Circa Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas. Built from the ground up, they strived to do everything differently. This included carefully selecting all of the interior design elements through to the staff’s uniforms. Instead of hiring your basic uniform company, they wanted to look elsewhere. Lantie Foster, an independent women’s fashion designer in NYC was invited by Circa to give a in-person bid/presentation in Las Vegas. For the uniform designs, Lantie Foster took elements from all of Circa’s interior sketches, design briefs, down to the menus for inspiration. Competing against several known established uniform companies, she was chosen to be the lead designer of the entire FOH for the new Circa. The design process from research, design concepts, in-person presentations, and sample presentations included 13 custom departments :

Circa Hotel and Casino’s grand opening was October 27th, 2020. Circa’s upscale Legacy Club Bar with beautiful views is opening tonight December 28th, 2020 and we are looking forward to seeing the new Legacy Bar bartenders, cocktail servers and hostess uniforms all together, sky high.
